Kanzi is Swahili for “hidden treasure”.

Bellevue Orchard has been supplying fresh apples and pears to markets and grocers around the nation since 1952.

In 1977 Robert and Joe purchased the orchard from their uncles and father, they expanded the orchard and planted some newer fruit varieties. In 1994, Joe’s daughter Bernadette began working on the orchard and later Robert’s son Nicholas joined the team.

Following an almighty hail storm that destroyed the crop just days before the 1998 harvest began Bellevue Orchard began Summer Snow a boutique juice company with a line of variety specific apple juices.

Summer Snow makes juice from locally grown fruit, they have ten different year-round varieties and five seasonal blends in their range. They also process fruit for other juice labels and have been involved working with wineries and other unique juice companies making speciality juices for cider and other great juice products.

They take great Australian fruit and make FANTASTIC JUICE.

The Pink Lady is a killer pretty apply with the bright pink colour on a golden background. The flesh is dense, hard and crunchy. It has a perfect blend of acidity and sweetness, with a flavour that is truly exceptional! With it’s effervescent citrusy tang the Pink Lady is like eating a sparkling cider.
